January 2009. SGC announces the establishment of the Henry Dalton 2009 Scholarship. This scholarship honors the memory of Dr. Enrique (Henry) F. Dalton, a life-long educator and pioneer in the field of language and cultural development. His contributions to education included development of a series of internationally acclaimed tests that assessed students’ oral, reading, and writing language proficiency. Dr. Dalton was born on August 27, 1933 and passed away on December 2, 2008. Click here for more information on the scholarship.
